| Description Brooks Building Solutions will provide preventative maintenance service on the Alerton Building Automation System. The work includes verifying communications and functionality of approximately 630 Alerton field devices, performing software sequence checks and updates, completing system backups, and conducting twelve (12) two-day monthly site visits to support SAC technicians with troubleshooting and system adjustments. Brooks Building Automation is the OEM Sole Service Provider for the Alerton Controls Building Automation System by the Savannah Airport Commission. | |
