| Description Recommend approval to procure a culvert extension from Sandhill ALS Construction in the amount of $225,000. This project will extend the culvert on Alfred Street to accommodate a future sidewalk. The project includes selective demolition and an extension of the existing culvert with reinforced concrete, erosion and traffic control, grading and site work, utility construction, and guardrail work. This event had a 20% DBE goal. The recommended bidder submitted DBE participation at the prime contractor level in the amount of 100%. | |
