Description The petitioner, Michael Roach, on behalf of the owner, CFI Indian Street Owner, LLC is requesting to encroach onto City Right-of-Way with the construction of an apartment complex at 601 Indian Street. The encroachments would consist of metal canopies, an underground grease interceptor unit, and underground drainage for the building. The proposed installation and encroachment requests do require and have received a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Metropolitan Planning Commission. This petition has been reviewed by Public Works and Water Resources, Development Services, Planning and Urban Design, Greenscapes, and Real Estate Services.
