Description

This contract is for the procurement of annual maintenance renewal for VMWare from MGT Impact Solutions, LLC in the amount of $71,680. The Information Technology Services Department relies on this maintenance and support to ensure the stability, security, and continued operation of the City’s virtual server and operating system environment. This renewal provides access to critical updates, patches, and technical support necessary to minimize downtime and maintain system performance.

 

Per Section 2-4152 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a cooperative contract. The contract used for this procurement is under NASPO Cloud Solutions Master Agreement  AR2472, expiring 09/15/2026.
