Description

Approval of a Major Subdivision. The subject property is the third phase of the Meadow Lakes subdivision, located off Little Neck Road. This proposed phase totals 22.636 acres and will consist of 97 single-family lots with varying lot sizes. The entrance to this phase of the subdivision will be from Wildflower Lane. The required infrastructure improvements to support this phase will include the City of Savannah's water and sewer services, storm and drainage system, pavement and concrete work.

 

This property lies in FEMA Flood Plain Map Panel 13051C0104G and 13051C0108G, Zone X and Zone X Shaded not special flood hazard areas as determined by FEMA, and Zone AE, a special flood hazard area as determined by FEMA with a base flood elevation of 16’.
