Description This is to authorize the City Manager to renew an agreement with Union Mission, Inc. for the Clean Team Litter Removal Program for an amount up to $140,400. The Greenscapes Department has been working with Union Mission, Inc. since 2019 with positive results. Renewal of the contract will help meet the City’s Strategic Plan goals of 3.1 (Re-establish and Preserve Neighborhoods) and 4.4 (Soft Skills and Workforce Training for the Unemployed and Underemployed). This program was created to benefit work-ready homeless individuals and persons living with disabilities experiencing challenges to obtaining employment. | |
