Description WL Southeast Gateway Owner, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Southeast Gateway, a development consisting of warehouse and office space. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 33.9 water and 19.75 sewer equivalent residential unit development located at 380 Fort Argyle Road. The Water and Sewer Connection Fee totaling $159,750, which is based on the proposed water consumption, shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format | |
