Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for third-party administrator adjusting services for workers' compensation and auto liability claims with Gallagher Bassett Services in the estimated amount of $301,119.00.

Gallagher Bassett Services has been handling the administration of City of Savannah workers compensation and auto liability claims since 2009. Since that time, Gallagher Bassett has handled over 4,500 City of Savannah claims while consistently scoring at the 90% or higher range in annual claim audits. Gallagher Bassett provides the City with adjusters who solely handle City of Savannah claims, enabling quick and accurate administration.

The contract was originally approved in Council on October 17, 2013. This is the fourth of four renewal options available.
