Description CCC President, LLC, a North Carolina Limited Liability Company, has requested a water and sewer agreement for the Felicity Apartments. This apartment and commercial development is being constructed south of East President Street and the developing Eastern Wharf area. The water and sewer systems have been designed to adequately serve this development with a capacity of 114.83 Equivalent Residential Units. The water and wastewater fees for this capacity equal approximately $442,095. The water and sewer systems are located in the President Street Service Area. To meet the City of Savannah Water Resources strategic and sustainable operations, as well as the system delivery plan for this area and the areas in the vicinity, the 8” water mains originally designed to serve this Development are being upsized from 8" to 12” and 16” water mains. The upsizing cost is estimated at $398,089 and is covered in the Water Annual Developer Oversizing CIP. | |
