Description This is the second of two petitions for 2025 Texas Avenue. The petitioner is requesting to rezone the property at 2025 Texas Avenue from RSF-6 (Residential Single Family - 6) to RSF-5 (Residential Single Family - 5) to support subdivision and single-family home development. As currently zoned, the property has an area of 10,500 square feet making the parcel deficient 1,500 square feet for further subdivision. The requested RSF-5 district would permit subdivision of the lot into two lots having a minimum of 50 feet of frontage and minimum lot area of 5,000 square feet.

Recommendation On November 7, 2023, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the rezoning of 2025 Texas Avenue from RSF-6 (Residential Single Family – 6) to RSF-5 (Residential Single Family – 5). | |
