Description This contract is for structural repairs at the President Street Plant by Midwest Maintenance in the amount of $229,635. The City’s President Street Reclamation Plant located at 1400 E. President Street requires repairs on the fourth floor and in the MCC room. These repairs include numerous cracks and spalls in the ceiling, floor, and walls that need to be repaired. Currently, the affected area of the fourth floor cannot be used until this work is completed. The work also includes removing lead-based paint in the affected areas and repainting the repaired areas. The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. Terms: Net 30 days. Delivery: As requested.
