| Description Recommend approval to renew the annual maintenance of EnerGov software from Tyler Technologies in the amount of $43,902.18. The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) will use EnerGov to track permitting and inspections activities with various City departments. It also provides online payment submittal and payment for permits. This software maintenance is for the period of January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. This is a sole source purchase as EnerGov is the original manufacturer. It is critical to have maintenance and support from the original provider to ensure authorized, knowledgeable, and timely vendor support when and if necessary. | |
