Description

Recommend approval to award an annual contract for external audit services to Mauldin & Jenkins in the amount of $120,950.00. The City is required by state and federal regulations to undergo an annual external audit to determine whether the published financial statements are prepared in accordance with applicable standards. While notifications were sent to all known suppliers, only one proposal was received.

The DBE goal was waived due to the lack of subcontracting opportunity.

The contract term will be from December 6, 2018 through December 31, 2019.
