| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for automatic car washing and detailing to Auto Shine Car Wash in the amount of $43,000. The contract will be utilized for cleaning and detailing City Vehicles for all departments. In addition, as this is an annual contract with individual pricing, this contract is available for any vehicle currently in the fleet that may require this service. This renewal is necessary to maintain a clean and fully operational fleet. This contract has increased to accomodate the fleet additions of the City. The contract was originally approved by the Purchasing Director on June 29, 2016. This is the third of three renewal options available. The contract term shall be December 5, 2019 through December 31, 2020. | |
