Live Oak Landing II, LP has requested a water and sewer agreement for Live Oak Landing Phase Two, a development consisting of one apartment building with 54 units in President Street service area. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 33 equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer connection fee totaling $124,352 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
