| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for polymer with Polydyne, Inc. in the amount of $61,976.00. The polymer is used at the Industrial and Domestic Water Treatment Plant to coagulate raw water and to dewater sludge. While notifications were originally sent to all known suppliers, only one bid was received. This is the second of three renewal options available. Council originally approved this contract on November 12, 2015 in the amount of $61,976.00. The contract term will be from December 20, 2018 through December 31, 2019. | |
