Description

Recommend approval to procure roof replacement services from Tera-Systems in the amount of $52,851.77. These services will be used to replace the roof on the President Street Water Reclamation Plant Administration Building, 1400 E. President St. The roof sustained damage during previous storms resulting in major water leaks.  While notifications were sent to all known suppliers, only one bid was received.

This event was originally identified as an SBE project; however, no SBE firms submitted a bid so the event was extended and opened to the rest of the market.
