| Description Recommend approval to procure exterior repair services for the State Street Parking Garage from Restocon Corporation in the amount of $218,286.00. These services will be used by the Office of Capital Projects Management to replace the coating and sealants for selected areas of the State Street Parking Garage. The sealants have reached the end of their useful lives and therefore need to be replaced. An 18% DBE goal was established for this project. The recommended bidder submitted participation in the amount of 18% using Ram Tool and Supply. | |
