| Description Staff issued a Requests for Proposals for a Sourcing Software for Electronic Bidding on October 17, 2023. The Commission’s Purchasing Department manages the Sourcing Software. Bonfire streamlines sourcing operations, increases advertisement of bids, enhances vendor performance and management, and creates a more seamless, error-free solicitation process on a cloud-based platform. SAC Currently has over 950 vendors, contractors, and suppliers registered on the platform to do business with the Commission. This is a sole source purchase, as Bonfire Interactive Ltd. holds the current contract for Electronic Bidding Software.
