Clayton Properties Group, Inc. dba Mungo Homes and Developer’s Capital Fund, LLC, has requested a water and sewer agreement for the Hopeton Landing West, a development consisting of 275 single family homes off Littleneck Road in the Travis Field Service Area in Aldermanic District 5. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 275 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $1,760,000 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters as each house goes online. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
