| Description The subject property is the tenth phase an established subdivision named Sweetwater Station located at 500 Grove Point Road in Aldermanic District 6 with its own dedicated entrance located off Grove Point Road west of GA Highway 204. This proposed phase totals 13.704 acres and will consist of 47 single family lots with varying lot sizes. The required infrastructure improvements to support this phase of development included the extension of water and sewer mains, the installation of water and sewer services, the installation of stormwater conveyance system, and roadway extension.
According to FEMA Flood Plain Map Panel 13051C0255G, the subject property is located in Zone X, not a flood hazard zone. The water and sewer service for this project area provided and maintained by the City of Savannah.
