| Description The Special Inspections and Quality Assurance Testing will be for the SAC 30619 Fuel Storage Facility Expansion Project. These Special Inspections are required for this project in accordance with the International Building Code. A request for proposals was sent out to all qualified Testing Laboratories in the vicinity and concurrently posted on the airport’s official website, allowing a two-week window for submissions. However, only one bid was received.
