| Description This is a contract renewal for NEOGOV Software maintenance with GovernmentJobs.com, Inc. DBA NeoGov, in the amount of $56,693. The Innovation + Technology Services Department will use the NEOGOV tracking system for automation during the hiring process. The system meets compliance requirements while reducing the time to hire new employees. This is a sole source procurement because the City contracts with NEOGOV to use this software, and the maintenance agreement and license renewal are critical for its continued use. This is a 9% annual increase in maintenance due to inflation. This software maintenance period will be from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
