Description Recommend approval to renew the annual maintenance of EnerGov software with Tyler Technologies in the amount of $44,780.22. The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) will use EnerGov to track permitting and inspections activities with various City departments. Participating departments include: Development Services, Traffic Engineering, Film and Permitting Services, SCMPD and SFES. The solution also provides on-line payment submittal and payment for permits. This software maintenance is for the period of January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. This is a sole source purchase as EnerGov is the original manufacturer. It is critical to have maintenance and support from the original provider to ensure authorized, knowledgeable, and timely vendor support when and if necessary. The maintenance agreement will be effective from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. | |
