| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for Savannah Fire Department EMT training with Carol Crockett, LLC in the amount of $76,800. Savannah Fire Department will use the contract to train 40-60 fire operations personnel for the year in accordance with the City of Savannah’s strategic plan. This emergency medical technician training is in accordance with the Savannah Forward Strategic Plan goal 1.4 Medical 911 BLS and ALS Support Services: By 2023, Savannahian making 911 calls for an emergency medical incident will receive first responder or higher level services within 5 minutes or less, at least 90% of the time. Strategy 1.4.3 has been achieved which was to establish an ongoing firefighter EMT training program by December 31, 2018. | |
