Description

Approval of a Major Subdivision, Edgewater Phase 2A at New Hampstead. The subject property is the second phase of an established subdivision named Edgewater at New Hampstead, located off Little Neck Road in the New Hampstead East Neighborhood. This proposed phase totals 63.785 acres and will comprise 75 single-family lots with varying lot sizes. Entrance to this subdivision will be from Little Neck Road. The required infrastructure improvements to support this phase will include the City of Savannah's water and sewer services.
