This project types include renovations and new construction for City facilities such as offices, community centers, fire and police stations, recreation facilities, parking garages, visitor centers, and maintenance facilities. Services may include facility assessments, programming, conceptual design, construction documents, plan review, construction administration, cost estimating, and project management.

This on-call contract allows the City to efficiently respond to project needs without issuing separate solicitations for each assignment, thereby streamlining delivery of capital improvement projects. The contract term will be for one year, with up to (4) additional one-year renewal options under the same terms and conditions upon mutual agreement.
