Description

This contract is for reforestation services from Marsh Forestry & Appraisal Service, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $68,558. This is for the reforestation of the New Hampstead Conservation Easement, which consists of approximately 683 acres located off Little Neck Road and New Hampstead Parkway (Parcel Nos. 21047-03002, 21047-03005, 21047-03006, 21047-03007, and 21047-03004). The services include all labor and materials required for the preparation and planting of approximately 160,100 pine trees on 260 acres of this property that was harvested in 2022. These services are to comply with recommendations made by the Forest Stewardship Program, which was established by the Georgia Forestry Division on behalf of the City of Savannah. 

 

All expenses associated with this project are covered by revenues generated during the 2022 harvesting. This proposal was advertised, opened, and reviewed. This contract term expires on August 07, 2025. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
