Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for street tree pruning services with McKinnon, Inc. and AllCare Tree Surgery, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00. This contract is used by the City of Savannah's Park & Tree Department to prune and maintain street trees on the City's rights of way.  The two pre-qualified bidders provide bids for predetermined lists of work to be accomplished on as-needed basis. The specific list of work will be awarded to the lowest bidder.

This is the first of two renewal options available.  This contract was originally approved by Council on August 16, 2016.

The contract term shall be from August 31, 2017 through August 30, 2018.
