Request to authorize the City Manager to implement an organizational restructuring plan to the extent authorized by the City Charter, which shall include, but not be limited to, presenting amendments to the City Charter, presenting revisions to the Code of Ordinances, changing, consolidating and abolishing offices, departments and functions, and any other such action as may be necessary and expedient to implement and effectuate the objectives of the proposed restructuring plan.

Should City Council approve this Resolution, applicable amendments to the City Charter and Code of Ordinances will follow for Council approval. 

The Restructuring Plan establishes the following City departments, offices and functions reporting to the City Manager:
