Title Annual Contract for Demolition of Structures with JCS Construction (Event No. 4009) | |
Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for demolition services from JCS Construction in the amount of $199,386.10. The service will be used by the Property Maintenance Department to demolish abandoned and condemned buildings throughout the City on an as-needed basis. JCS Associates, LLC is a local, minority-owned business. The contract term will be from August 3, 2017 through August 2, 2018.
