4. Special Event Ordinance and Application Update
Staff will give an overview of the new Special Event Application and rules. Staff will also introduce changes to the Parade and Public Assembly Ordinance, which is bring renamed to the Special Event Ordinance. These changes are proposed in response to concerns raised by Aldermen and the community at large related to frequency and control of events.
