Description Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Baker Tilly Virchow Krause; Developmental Associates; The Mercer Group; and Ralph Andersen & Associates for executive recruitment services on an as-needed basis in an amount not to exceed $100,000. The services will be used by the Human Resources Department to conduct recruitment services for vacant executive level positions. The method used for this procurement was the request for statements of qualification which evaluates qualifications and experience among other criteria to determine qualification. Of the eleven responsive responses received, the selection committee deemed four respondents qualified. Those four respondents are being recommended for award of this contract. The contract term shall be from August 29, 2019 through December 31, 2020. | |
