| Description The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has requested to lease space on the City-owned telecommunications tower located at 1801 Kerry Street. The proposed annual rent is $9,488.52 for the first year, with an annual 3% rent escalation per subsequent years. The initial term of the agreement is (1) year and provides (9) one-year extensions. These extensions are subject to yearly federal budget approval. The FBI has leased space from the City for this purpose for many years. | |
