| Description The City is constructing Lift Station 217, located at 1400 Pine Meadow Drive PIN 11010 03023. The project will require electrical distribution service, and Georgia Power has requested an easement to install, operate, and maintain the electrical distribution lines and equipment necessary to serve Lift Station 217. This is standard practice when Georgia Power installs electrical equipment on property, and Georgia Power will not commence work until the easement agreement has been executed. This is a City-owned property located in unincorporated Chatham County. | |
