This is for a three (3) year contract for T2 Systems in the amount of 471,944.23 (Cooperative). T2 Systems is a proprietary software contract that supports Mobility & Parking Services, Code Compliance, and Sanitation handheld citation devices. In addition, it supports Mobility & Parking Services cashier, credit card payment systems, delinquency notices, and various decal programs.T2 Systems Citation, Letter Services, is an outsourced citation service that automates the generation, printing, and mailing delinquent parking violation notices, reminders, and escalation letters to registered vehicle owners. This is a cooperative agreement with Sourcewell, contract No. 042126-TSI.  It is critical to have maintenance and support from the original provider to ensure authorized, knowledgeable, and timely vendor support is received when and if it is necessary.

The contract term shall be from August 17, 2026, through August 16, 2029. Terms: Net 30 days. Delivery: As needed.
