The scope of work includes design and bid/award phase services to Pave Rental Car Parcel B and Yellow Lot. The scope generally includes topographic survey, geotechnical testing, civil/site design, grading, pavement design, parking lot layout, stormwater and erosion control design, signage and markings, landscaping, site lighting, electrical service coordination, and security/access control improvements. The two projects will be designed and bid as a single bid package to take advantage of similar scope elements. The Rental Car Parcel B portion of the project will be funded through Customer Facility Charges (CFC), and the Yellow Lot paving portion will be SAC-funded. SAC Job ID 30668 and 30667, respectively.
