| Description Notification of two emergency procurements related to COVID-19 testing for the public. The City of Savannah in conjunction with the State of New York purchased 1,733 Covid-19 test result kits for multiple City locations from Sparrow Healthcare, LLC in the amount of $173,300 and purchased mailing services for 1,547 test results from Genus3, LLC in the amount of $30,940. Both purchases were deemed an emergency due to the current pandemic. The vendors were chosen due their quick availability and their ability to service the city’s needs for COVID-19 testing during the pandemic. | |
