| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual maintenance agreement for the Lawson Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system with Infor Global Solutions in the amount of $359,956.45. The Department of Information Technology will use this agreement to support the City’s ERP system that is used for Finance Management, Accounting, Human Resources, Payroll, Budgeting and City-wide Procurement. This is a sole source because Infor Global Solutions is the original provider of the software and is the only vendor that can provide maintenance and support for its system. | |
