This is an amendment to an existing executed water and sewer agreement for the New Hampstead PUD. The PUD is for around 9,800 units of mixed development. The amendment is to address build out rates and establish an absorption schedule in order to ensure water and sewer capacity can meet the increasing demand in the area. This amendment also puts an expiration date of January 1, 2036, on the agreement. After that date, the City is no longer held liable for any unused water or sewer capacity that is called out in the agreement.
