This contract is for a Small Public Safety Enterprise Agreement Annual Subscription for ArcGIS services and a Jumpstart Package with ESRI in an amount not to exceed $56,640. This technology will aid the Savannah Police Department in automating data displays and allow for better use of manpower to focus on intelligence and crime analysis. ArcGIS will also allow for the public to have real-time access to see data about their communities, allowing for clear and transparent data concerning the safety in their neighborhoods. The purchase of this package will further aid in allowing Savannah’s residents to feel safe in their neighborhoods. The ESRI Jumpstart package is a one-time purchase that allows ESRI to assist with in-person, on-site support and user management training.

This is a sole source procurement since the vendor's prducts are currently utilized for mapping by SPD and the City. The vendor offers an agreement for public safety. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days.
