This is an amendment to the 2007 Water and Sewer Service Agreement (both the original and the proposed amendment are attached for reference). Specifically, the amendment is intended to delete Paragraph 22 of the Agreement entitled “CAT District,” which requires Bloomingdale to request the expansion of the Chatham Area Transit District to include property owned by International Paper Realty Corporation, which is within Bloomingdale’s corporate limits south of Interstate 16 (Property Identification Number PIN 8-1039-01-003). All other aspects of the original agreement would remain intact.
