| Description 455 Jimmy DeLoach Parkway, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for 455 Jimmy DeLoach Parkway, a 499,200 square-foot cross-dock facility for Safavieh, LLC. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 8.19 (water) and 6.19 (sewer) equivalent residential unit development at 455 Jimmy DeLoach Parkway. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
