| Description Recommend approval to procure four prisoner transport vans from JC Lewis Ford in the amount of $174,318.12. The transport vans will be used by the Fleet Maintenance Department to replace units assigned to the Savannah Police Department that are no longer economical to repair. These vehicles will include the prisoner insert option to be installed in each vehicle. The cost per vehicle, including the prisoner insert equipment, is $43,579.53. One van will be assigned to each of the four precincts. | |
