Susan Lingenfelser of White Bluff Food Mart, Inc. for Quick Shop #5, has requested the transfer of a beer and wine (by the package) license from Karan Patel at 9137 White Bluff Road, which is located between Television Circle and Montgomery Crossroad in Aldermanic District 5. The applicant plans to continue to operate as a convenience store.

This alcoholic beverage license request was continued from the meetings of July 19 and August 2, 2018, following questions raised by Council about previous alcohol establishments managed by the applicant. The attached memo provides background. A letter (attached) was sent to the applicant making her aware that the license is recommended for denial.
