Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for promotional and assessment services with Resource Management Associates in the amount of $62,536.00. The Savannah Police Department will use these promotional and assessments services to identify and promote future leaders. To continue the culture change within the organization, the assessment testing helps to identify desired leadership styles, coupled with the leadership education and training to select future first-line supervisors. The promotional testing enhances the abilities of the executive command staff to identify those best to lead. The method used for this procurement was the request for proposal, which evaluates criteria in addition to cost. Proposals were evaluated on the basis of qualifications and experience, process/methodology, proposed timeline, references, and fees. Proposals were originally received on March 21, 2017. This contract was awarded by Council on May 11, 2017. This is the first of three renewals available. The contract term will be from August 16, 2018 through August 15, 2019. | |
