Description The 912 Savannah, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Plant Street Apartments, a development consisting of 14 apartment units and a 2,500sf department store at 2020 Habersham Street, near 37th Street in the President Street Plant service area and in Aldermanic District 2. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 6.92 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $26,642 is based on the proposed water consumption that will be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
