Description

The Petitioner requests approval of a Special Use Permit pursuant to Section 3.10 of the Savannah Zoning Ordinance to establish a principal use parking facility on four properties developed jointly and zoned TC-1 (Traditional Commercial-1) and TN-2 (Traditional Neighborhood-2).

Recommendation

On July 15, 2025, the Metropolitan Planning Commission recommended approval of the request for a Special Use Permit to establish a principal use parking facility on the four subject parcels.
