| Description This agreement involves cost sharing the design and construction costs of Bush Road improvements. City will be responsible for 40% of the design and construction costs associated with improving Bush Road. Chatham County will be responsible for the remaining 60%. The City will be responsible for the overall project management and will retain ownership and maintenance responsibility of Bush Road and the S&O Canal right-of-way at the conclusion of the project. | |
