Description

Authorize the City Manager to procure (1) CCTV Inspection Van from Rausch Electronics in the Amount of $406,979.54. The new CCTV Inspection Van will be used by the Stormwater Department to inspect and assess the City's stormwater
infrastructure, including open and closed drainage systems. Equipped with an advanced camera inspection system, the vehicle will enable staff to identify blockages, structural deficiencies, and other issues within underground stormwater pipelines, improving maintenance efficiency and supporting proactive infrastructure management. This unit is a fleet addition that will enhance the Stormwater Department's ability to meet increasing inspection and maintenance demands while supporting the City's ongoing stormwater management responsibilities. The competitive bidding process was not utilized. Per Section 2-4152 of the City's purchasing ordinance, the City is authorized to purchase goods or services through Sourcewell Contract # 080525-RAU, which expires 03/04/2030. Delivery: As needed.
